Board of Directors
Richard DePiano, Chairman
RICHARD DEPIANO was appointed to serve on the Board of Directors of
the Company in June, 2000. He has been a director of Escalon Medical
Corporation, a publicly traded healthcare business specializing in the
development and marketing of ophthalmic devices, pharmaceutical and
vascular access products, since February, 1996, and has served as its
Chairman and Chief Executive Officer since March, 1997. He has been
the Chief Executive Officer of the Sandhurst Company, L.P. and Managing
Director of the Sandhurst Venture Fund since 1986. He is also the Chairman
of the Board of Directors of Surgical Laser Technologies, Inc.
