Jeffrey F. O'Donnell
President and Chief Executive Officer

Mr. O’Donnell joined PhotoMedex in 1999 as President and CEO and has served as a member of the Board of Directors since that date. Prior to PhotoMedex, he joined Radiance Medical Systems in 1995 as Vice President of Sales and Marketing, in 1997 served as its President and CEO, and then from 1999 to 2000 served as its Chairman. Previously, from 1994 to 1995 Mr. O’Donnell held the position of President and CEO of Kensey Nash Corporation. Additionally, he has held several senior sales and marketing management positions at Boston Scientific, Guidant and Johnson & Johnson Orthopedic. Mr. O’Donnell currently is on the Boards of Endologix (EIGX); Cardiac Science (CSCX), and Radiance Medical Systems (RMI).
